Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Webflow developer to join the team to design and develop client sites, develop new products and update existing client sites. You will work closely with the agency owner to develop websites and products to help our clients achieve their goals. Minimal direct client contact will be required, but an openness to interacting with clients when needed is appreciated and considered an asset.

You will have freedom to use the design system of your choosing, with the goal of developing or implementing a system and process that works for the agency long-term.

​

This is a monthly, long-term contractor position, all work shall be conducted remotely.

​

​

Ideally you:

​

- Have 2-3 years of experience developing in Webflow

- Are proficient in other low and no-code tools and development

- Have completed all aspects of web development (design to launch) in the past

- Have an understanding of UI/UX best practices

- Have solid design skills

- Are able to develop based on provided stylescapes and wireframes

- Sound knowledge of HTML & CSS

- Experience working with or managing other freelancers

- Have a basic understanding of Notion for project management

- Have a holistic approach to design, from high-level strategy to small design details

- Have a portfolio of past projects including designs and completed sites

- Are currently ready and able to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

​

- Shopify experience

- WordPress experience

- Experience with JS and API’s

- Experience with Google Data Studio & GA4

​

What you’ll be doing:

​

- Update existing websites (client sites and agency products)

- Optimize sites for responsive design and performance

- Improve and optimize website SEO

- Develop site structures, wireframes, and user flows

- Develop complete sites in Webflow

- Participate in calls with clients when discussing user flows and best practices

- Inform and research best practices for different low-code tech stacks

- Create hand-off packages and website user guides for clients

What you’ll get:

- $2500 monthly salary for 12-25 hours per week

- We’ll reimburse a subscription of your choice (up to $500/annually) Ex: gym membership, creative cloud, healthcare plan/insurance

- $400 for courses, training or professional development of your choice

- Make your own hours (available for team meetings 1-2 times per week during standard business hours)
