We are currently expanding our UX/UI team in Sofia and we believe that our best fitting candidate will be happy to join our community with high working standards and constant strive for development.
We are looking for someone who is keen on dedicating himself/herself to a Venture Studio model, someone who tells cohesive, user-tested stories through user flows, someone who works easily with prototypes and mind maps. The position itself requires close collaboration with the software development department, the product and marketing team. Our current focus is web and mobile applications.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience as UX/UI/Product Designer or related positions
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with designers, developers, and copywriters
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Understanding (or passion) for SaaS, Fintech, Proptech, Gaming, and other fully digital industries
- Experience of the full cycle of Design Thinking, from understanding the problem to creating human-centered, effective solutions
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Strong experience with Design Systems
- Demonstrable proficiency in Figma
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Highly goal-oriented person with a commitment to results and deadlines
- Fluent in English
