Senior Web Developer - Growth Team

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with 7+ years of experience building and maintaining company marketing websites. You will work as a part of Hubilo’s Growth marketing team, which includes Web, SEO, Email, and Analytics functions. You will report to our Sr. UX/UI Web designer, working in an agile environment on the creation and maintenance of webpage and email designs that demonstrate the company product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, commitment to flawless execution/ production, excellent communication skills (asking questions early and often to prevent rounds of revisions), a desire to continue to improve/ learn and improve your own development skill set, and be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. You should be able to ingest the business requirements and creative designs provided via Figma and translate those into well-functioning and responsive web pages.
In order for you to thrive in this role, you will need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as well as have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop sites in Webflow from Figma design files shared with you.
- Develop, QA, and continually optimize our public facing website.
- Strong communication skills - providing regular updates to management and business owners across marketing
- Diligent documentation of progress in our ticketing/ project management system
- Ability to work both verbally and in written form via our project management system
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing and design departments
- Maintain website performance and keep abreast of new developments that the company needs to be aware of
- Provide high quality web dev work which is picture perfect and identical to design
- Provide feedback and ideas for improving website performance, structure and design
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Webflow CMS.
- Experience using Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of agile development methodology and practices
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience building user interfaces for websites
- Experience designing and developing mobile responsive websites
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes using Webflow CMS
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Versionpress)
- Experience integrating Marketing and Analytics tools (Hubspot, Amplitude, VWO, Drift)
- Experiencing implementing web analytics and conversion tracking
SEO - On-page SEO tech knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of Figma or similar applications (InvisionApp)
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Knowledge of Website Architecture and Server configuration preferable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
