Low Code Developer

Impact is looking to add a Low Code Developer for our nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!
The Low-Code Developer will be responsible for the research and analysis of internal business processes, systems, and work-flows with the objective to optimize and automate using the best of breed software from Impact’s providers. Once requirements have been identified from the Enterprise Development team, the Low Code Developer will be responsible for the development and deployment of the solution in coordination with the Enterprise Development team. These solutions will have significant impact on the associated processes and in most cases will be highly visible to end users and Executives. The Low Code Developer will build and maintain applications using a combination of software, custom programming, and integration between existing systems.
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Become an expert with Impact’s chosen software providers (i.e.: Mendix)
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Maintain and support custom developed integrations.
Implement agreed upon solutions effectively and within timeliness.
Be able to test solutions to ensure they meet desired business needs.
Document all work for future improvements and development.
Manage projects and schedules.
Conduct intricate research of existing business process (both technical and work-flow analysis).
Things We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Services or Computer Science (or related experience)
Mendix experience preferred
SQL and database knowledge
General programming and development proficiencies (Java, JavaScript, HTML, etc.)
Experience working with React a plus
UML modeling familiarity
Basic knowledge of RESTful services and API documentation
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Creative, but technical problem solver: quick thinking and fully engaged at all points in the solution from strategy to support
Strong communication skills (phone, e-mail, and in-person)
Team oriented: engaging with a group of people to conquer project tasks
Interested in future technologies and software
