Kaizenovate is seeking a full-time Low Code (drag and drop) Developer to meet the growing demand for our company’s technical offering. We are seeking a goal-driven, task and process-oriented professional with experience handling customer requests and solving them within a code or low code environment. The Low Code Developer must be self-directed, motivated and an outstanding collaborator working within a team. This role will be responsible for low code (drag and drop) development and troubleshooting of customer builds using our technology stack. Training and support for our specific technology stack will be provided. Exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness are a must. The Low Code Developer will provide specific information to potential and current customers regarding the services and products offered by the company. They will communicate across a variety of platforms/channels (Phone, Email, Text, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.), provide troubleshooting information, report, and analyze customers' information and needs. As a member of a growing startup, the Low Code Developer will have the opportunity to touch all components of the customer pipeline, performing the processes, technical tasks, and service and success functions to ensure that the Kaizenovate product is meeting and/or exceeding the needs of our customers (a great opportunity to learn and grow your skillset!). Training on necessary tasks will be provided.

Specific to your role, we're looking for individuals who have…

​

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

​

Experience setting up or configuring drag and drop software platforms per customers’ requirements and troubleshooting technical issues raised by customers [training on our system will be provided]

Lead and planned low code (drag and drop) technical software implementation processes

​

Represented the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process

​

Worked with customers to capture and define requirements

​

Knowledge of APIs and experience with software integration

​

Familiarity with pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder

​

Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude

​

Ability to diagnose application issues and to decide what can be done with a drag and drop framework

​

Intuition about how an idea can be turned to an actual working application using drag and drop visual environment

​

Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally must be part of the applicant’s DNA

​

Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, have innate technological skills, and proficient in Internet functions, searching, and applications

​

Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and deliver on deadlines

​

Project management expertise

​

Exceptional customer service skills

​

Location: Position is currently remote, however future environmental conditions may dictate in-person meetings. Kaizenovate team members are spread throughout the MidAtlantic Region, with a headquarters in the Washington DC region.
