Madak is in search of a full-time Webflow Developer interested in leading web projects, building beautiful and efficient Webflow websites, and being a resourceful problem-solver. Our team offers support for tricky troubleshooting and the more complex web projects; what we are looking for is a passionate team player that is eager to expand their development experience while delivering strong front-end design and user experience.
What you already know:
- Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Finsweet Client First
- Finsweet Attributes
- Zapier
- Figma
- Performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices. Google Lighthouse.
- Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar
Bonus points if you know:
- Wized
- Bubble
- GSAP
- Wordpress
- Asana
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- We expect that strong candidates will have a degree in web development, or related field, and 3+ years of experience with web development using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
What you will own and improve:
Development: front end development and maintenance of client and Madak-branded websites. Ensure that all web design mockups can be built efficiently and scalably in Webflow
Project Management: creating and keeping timelines for web projects, working within budgets, documenting web dev processes and creating in-house resources for the team
Research: Relevant web dev tools/updates/etc.
What you will learn:
Troubleshooting: Gain hands-on experience problem-solving bugs and performance issues, and developing contingency plans
UX/UI Design: Learn best practices from a team of design-obsessed strategists, enjoy autonomy to research, explore, and self-educate
How success is measured:
- Keeping web projects on-schedule and within budget because you know your way around project management
- Little to no errors caught by the client because you are incredibly detail-oriented
- Ever-decreasing feedback from in-house designers and strategists because you are expanding your development knowledge and rocking it
- Demonstrating grit with a positive attitude and proactive problem solving when things get hectic or tedious
- Enthusiastically jumping in and getting your hands dirty helping teammates
- Constant learning and curiosity about emerging industry trends and technologies
- Thoughtful efforts to improve all things web-dev and design related at Madak
