Job Description:

Stanley Consultants is adding a Low-Code/Automation Developer position to build enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and with related technologies. As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for a broad range of task, including working with business stakeholders and creating solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps. You will collaborate with other IT team members, including Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other various System Administrators to ensure the proper system integration within the technology environment.

As a Low-Code/Automation Developer, you will design, implement, and deploy infrastructure and software applications based on established business requirements. Your efforts will reduce the manual steps and time taken on day-to-day tasks for a wide range of end-user departments. As your specific duties vary, you will frequently interpret requirements and independently determine the best course of action. In addition, you will participate in shaping governance for both formal and citizen Power Platform development.

Ideally, you will be a creative thinker and great communicator, as well as someone who works well with others, is capable of multi-tasking, and thrives on solving complex business problems with technical solutions.

Primary Duties

​

- Design, configure, and implement enterprise-level low-code application, content management and workflow application solutions with Power Platform environment (Power Automate/Power Apps, Forms) to automate complex line of business processes.

- Implement model-driven and canvas Power Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources. Applications will include entity and form creation, workflow customization, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.

- Provide level-of-effort estimates for redeveloping legacy applications as Power Platform solutions.

- Communicate with leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis to provide project updates.

- Works with project managers to understand client priorities, assigned project responsibilities, and assist with keeping projects on schedule.

- Recommend and implement security best practices in Power Platform environments.

- Support SDLC including design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation.

- Package and deploy applications to meet business needs.

- Create and maintain system and application support documentation and provide technical assistance to Tier 1 Help Desk and Training staff for the support of end users.

Required Education, Training And Previous Experience

​

- Bachelor or Associates degree in information systems, or equivalent work experience.

- 1-2 years of experience with Low-Code application and/or Business Workflow application development.

- 1-2 years of experience developing Canvas apps and Model-Driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps and integration with SharePoint Online required - experience with Azure Logic Apps is a plus.

- Experience with migrating business processes to use O365 solutions, with a focus on SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure/O365 technologies and products, including Azure Active Directory, Power Apps/Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Office 365, and SharePoint required.

- Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL and Azure Cloud Data Warehouse a plus, but not required.

- Experience designing, building, testing, packaging, and deploying application solutions based on industry best practices.

- Experience with gathering requirements, participating in stakeholder interviews, system integrations, and full content migration.

Salary Range: Base Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
