Low Code / No Code Architect - VP

Who we are looking for:
A Low Code / No Code (LCNC) enthusiast for the Enterprise Architecture organization with proven experience in building Enterprise applications using these technologies. This position will be responsible for the Research, Development, and Update of reference applications, and technical documentation - including reference architectures, technical standards, standard operating procedures, policy and instruction procedures & manuals and best practices. Be able to create diagrams and presentations that can easily be understood at all levels of the organization. Understand the business problem at hand and assist development teams in rationalizing whether LCNC is fit for purpose.
The Enterprise Architecture organization is aligned to support the technology needs of each major division across the company.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model or remote, where you can balance work from home and/or office to match your needs and role requirement within Massachusetts, Michigan, California, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania or Texas.
What you will be responsible for:
As a No Code/Low Code Architect, you will:
Strive to become the go-to person across the entire Enterprise for knowledge and consultation on LCNC technology.
Ability to diagnose application architecture and decide what can be done with low-code instead of traditional coding.
Work with and or build Center of Excellence (COE) groups to deliver best-in-class workflow applications.
Establish implementation capabilities and limitations, performance requirements and interfaces for the end-user solution.
Deliver reference architectures and efficient solutions using LCNC: analyze clients' business, systems, and workflow processes and come up with solutions that meet customer's needs.
Carry out solution testing: ensure efficient on-boarding processes for new clients; carry out root-cause analysis to develop logical conclusions and suggest alternative configurations.
Overall ownership of solution implementation: be in charge of assigned customer projects, ensuring timely and efficient communication and solutions are delivered to plan.
Coordinate and execute POC, implementation, and delivery in concert with customers to ensure successful implementation.
Staying up to date with the latest solutions on the market in the LCNC space in particular and application development and delivery in general.

Experience architecting/implementing technical solutions for banking, finance, and securities domains.
Hands-on experience implementing Workflow based applications using at least one of the prominent LCNC tools like Appian, Unqork, Camunda, JPBM, Mendix, etc.
Familiarity with pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder.
Basic SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general Web 2.0 techniques experience.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc is a big plus.
Understanding SDLC, Java based solutions, and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS is another big plus.
Creative, open-minded attitude.
Strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving skills, quick to learn and adapt.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
5+ years of experience designing, executing and supporting IT solutions.

Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
