This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our marketing team. From the layout of our website to infographics to animations, we need someone who can design, create and manage our web presence across the main site and landing pages.
At Tydy, our people are our strength, which is why fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion is important to us. We are location-agnostic but this position requires you to be based out of India.
Reporting
This role reports to the VP, Brand Marketing.
As our exclusive Webflow Developer, you will work closely with the leadership and marketing teams.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan and develop original website design ideas, including landing pages
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Webflow development
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Create and manage animations and movement on all pages
Requirements
- 3+ years in a full-time creative environment as a web developer
- Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces
- Expertise in Webflow
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Proficiency with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS, JQuery, and APIs
- Expertise in responsive layouts
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices
- Experience with user testing, A/B testing, and collecting/reporting data
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and Google Tag Manager and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts)
- Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines and execute under pressure
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites
Bonus Points
- Know-how of SEO principles and requirements
- Knowledge of video editing and motion design (After Effects)
