Tools we use:
- Design: Figma
- No-code: Framer & Webflow
- Communication & other: Slack, Linear, Notion, Harvest, 1Password, Float, and more
Tasks
- Implement designs via a no-code tool (Framer or Webflow)
- Communicate with the client
- Self-manage and organize your work as you like
- Join our knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements
Tech requirements:
✔️ Strong knowledge of modern no-code tools (either Framer or Webflow)
✔️ An ability to thrive life into the website via animations and effects
✔️ Knowledge of creating integrations with external solutions
✔️ An ability to create reusable components and style guides
✔️ Genuine curiosity and willingness to keep growing — eagerness for feedback, appreciation of the iterative process of designing and building products
✔️ Strong sense of ethics
✔️ A portfolio of your previous no-code projects
Soft Requirements
🗣️ English B2+
⛱️ Experience with working remotely
💬 Transparent communication
👩💻 You are self-driven and can self-manage
👋 You are kind and can take & give feedback openly
👫 Experience in working as a part of the development team

Compensation
- B2B: 8000 - 15 000 PLN net + VAT
What does our recruitment process look like?
After your CV has grabbed our attention, you can expect:
- Video Call with our Partnerships Manager to get to know each other
- Video Call with our Design Lead during which you will be able to showcase your no-code knowledge
- A short call with a proposal from one of our co-founders
