We’re seeking a Webflow Developer to join our fast-growing marketing team. You’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining Point’s website. This is a critical and widely disseminated brand touchpoint for our customers, employees, investors, and the general public at large. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to work with an experienced design team, product team, and analytics team to build and improve a world-class marketing website with beautiful design and deliberate UI/X decisions at all levels.
This role will be responsible for maintaining and building point.com website on the Webflow platform.
The candidate will work closely with the marketing brand team to create high quality user experiences, and new content solutions for our website, blog, and learning center.
Advanced Webflow experience with total product fluency is required. This is different than general front dev, or even large amounts of CMS builder experience. We are looking for a Webflow specialist.
Figma proficiency, Design skills, UI/UX skills, marketing and brand design skills are all relevant skills which will add value to a candidate.
4+years of career experience contributing to web projects from design and development perspectives.
5+ years of front end web developer experience and and has built multiple websites on Webflow.
Contributed to and maintained large websites
Team based dev experience, experience managing and creating, naming, storing web content in scalable ways
Web content output experience, compression, file format familiarity
SEO best practice
Comfort and familiarity with: JS / HTML /CSS
Nice to have:
Design and UI/X skills
Design tool experience: Figma, AI, PS
Marketing project exposure
Front end generalist skills like:
JQ / JS / React

Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to eight weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL. An employee can take reasonable vacation time in addition to the California PFL leave. For employees outside CA, Point will top of PFL earnings in accordance with the state applicable leave laws.
Work From Home Stipends
With employees working remotely, Point will provide employees a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and a $50 monthly internet stipend. In addition, we will reimburse up to $150 to help you purchase supplies for your home office.
